When scheduling with us, you're acknowledging the following terms:

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable $100 booking deposit is required. This deposit is fully redeemable for products or services on the day of your appointment.

Some services require full payment at the time of booking.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule, please provide us with 48 hours' notice.

Please keep in mind that arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to a shortened or cancelled appointment, resulting in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows will be charged a $100 cancellation fee and won't be eligible for future bookings.
